Honest Minutes began with a simple belief:
Most of us don't need more information. We need more time to hear ourselves think.
Every day, Honest Minutes gives you one question and a few quiet minutes to answer it honestly.
Not for anyone else. For you.
What it is
One question each morning, by email. Free. You can read it in thirty seconds or sit with it for a week. There is no course, no community, and nothing to complete.
What it isn’t
Not therapy, not advice, and not a substitute for either. If a question surfaces something that needs more than a few minutes, that’s worth taking to someone qualified.
Where your writing goes
Nowhere. Anything you write on this site is stored in your own browser and never sent to us. Read the privacy page for the specifics.
